A leading advertising agency in Denver is hiring a Print Production Manager to support their print and direct mail initiatives. Join this dynamic team for a short term, remote contract and help the team ensure quality and efficiency across multiple production stages for their clients.

Print Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of print and mailing projects, from initial specifications to final delivery.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and invoice reconciliation for print projects.
• Develop detailed instructions for multi-tiered mailings and approve all artwork and data quality checks.
• Manage relationships with print and mailing vendors, including negotiations and quality assurance procedures.
• Act as the primary liaison between creative, client services, and vendors to ensure project success.

Print Production Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in print purchasing, especially for direct mail.
• Strong knowledge of various print methods including lithography, flexography, and digital printing.
• Familiarity with USPS mail design specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
