Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Screen Printing Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production at an established apparel screen-printing company.
This is a hands-on leadership role . The ideal candidate has strong experience with automatic screen-printing presses, understands the full screen-printing process, and can lead a production team while keeping jobs on schedule and meeting quality standards.
What You'll DoOversee daily screen-printing production and workflow
Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines
Set up and oversee multi-color screen-printing jobs
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automatic screen-printing presses
Prepare screens through burning, coating, exposing, reclaiming, and maintenance
Monitor print quality and minimize waste and rework
Lead, train, and coordinate production employees
Work with Sales and Design to coordinate upcoming orders
Monitor inventory and production materials
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when needed
Track production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Maintain a safe and organized production environment
7-10+ years of professional screen-printing experience , with significant hands-on experience operating and setting up automatic screen-printing presses
Experience setting up and running multi-color screen-printing jobs
Strong knowledge of screen preparation, coating, exposing, and reclaiming
Experience troubleshooting screen-printing equipment
M&R equipment experience is preferred
Previous production leadership or management experience
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move production materials
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working around production equipment
Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week
